Ambassador Arikana Chihombori-Quao also asks why Africans are still looking at the Europeans for approval even in the field of education. She further calls on Africans to support regimes like that of Captain Ibrahim Traore of Burkina Faso. Zimbabwean-born Dr. Arikana Chihombori-Quao was speaking at the Albertina Sisulu Inaugural Memorial Lecture in South Africa.
